Return policy

At Wilderprint, all of our phone cases are printed to order. As a result, we only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged.


If you receive a defective product, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@wilderprint.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.

2. Review: Once we receive your request, we will review the information and respond within 3 business days.

3. Resolution: If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.


Please note, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size/model ordered, so double-check your order before completing your purchase.
